Congratulations on the reviews. I get nightmares, too. And they always seem so real. I wake up with my heart pounding, convinced that someone is in the house at 3 AM trying to kill us all.

Thanks for the love, everyone. Commenting should definitely be a love language. DeAnn, it cracks me up that your husband cleaned the kitchen for you in lieu of flowers. Robin, I think you have the right idea to just do some of each.

Oh, Em-Dawg...you crack me up! I liked your book, but I really love reading your blog! Better than the newspaper humor column! You're great!

Have I ever related that I do not like how your captcha code is BELOW the submit comment button? Because of that many a great comment has not made it to your blog. Like the one I just wrote. If you don't put in the captcha code, it just erases the comment.
Maybe I'll come back later and put up my awesome comment. But it will sound stupid, because the 2nd half is a response to the 1st half about something that I didn't realize when I was writing the 1st half. And it would sound really dumb to pretend like I didn't realize it when I'm typing the whole thing for the second time. Blah.

Just about submitted this without CC AGAIN. Can Dan (or you or anyone) rearrange that?

Physical Touch is the last one. (My parents gave all their married kids a copy of the book.) :) One thing the book also says is that you might have a hard time figuring out your love language if 1) you haven't felt very loved in a long time, or 2) you've felt very loved for a long time. Jerry and I usually try to do all five, just to cover the bases. :)

Someone in my town loved your book so much, they stole ("lost") the library's copy! Guess I'll have to buy my own!

what? they changed Strawberry Shortcake? (I had one of the dolls, her hair smelled like lemon.)

Grin. Great post. fwiw, the book is decent, but I get that it could start all kinds of willies for some folks. I read the "singles" version. (there are myriad versions, though not as many as the Chicken soup books)

I think "communication" should be a love language, b/c I always want to know exactly what is going on.
